A new company at the show, Netherlands-based YULU, in its first holiday season as a toy seller, landed a deal with Target for the exclusive rights to sell its kids’ strategy games, Break Free, Operation Escape Room and Safe Breaker, at that retailer. Company co-founder Jochem Van Rijn said Target buyers spotted the toys at the Nuremberg toy fair and said they were looking for innovative toys, and wanted to be the first to sell them.
